A serial killer in Miami, Florida, Johnny 911. He's famous because he would cut his victims into pieces until they screamed 911. He has been locked up in a maxium security prison since 1994. Well, until now. He has escaped the prison and is on the run. He may be a psychopath but, most are intelligent. And this is true for Johnny 911.

Johnny's left Florida and has settled comfortably in a small town in Illinois. He was aiming for Canada until he ran past a camp. Camp Million. Famous for its intelligent campers and squeaky clean staff. Nothing has tainted their perfect records. A beautiful lake full of fishes and all that jazz.

Yes, Camp Million was the perfect camp. Emphasis on the was part. Campers are going missing, turning up dead. What's worse is those perfect staff members are being accused. Who is responsible for these nasty acts ? Is it Johnny 911 ? Or has he ran off to Canada ? Is it the staff ? Or maybe even the campers ? Camp Million seems to have a scary mist about it and since the disappearances it has earned the name "Camp Creepy". Some parents have pulled their kids out of the camp but there is still a large number of people at the camp. With no connections to the outside world, will they be able to catch this killer ?
